The rooms were nice and modern with clean and comfortable facilities. The staff were helpful, friendly, and caring. The spa was a nice addition and the restaurant served good food. The breakfast options were excellent.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It was conveniently located just across the main Havaş airport bus stop and in the central district of the city. The hotel facilities were great, especially the on-site parking which made it easy for us to come and go as we pleased. The cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable and the breakfast was varied and delicious. The staff was friendly and attentive to our needs.
For us, it was ideal.

The rooms were spacious and comfortable with a wide selection of minibar items included. The hotel offered excellent facilities and was located in the heart of the city, close to the main business district. The staff were friendly and helpful, always willing to assist with whatever was required.
Communication was a major issue as staff struggled with English, making it difficult to order food or make special requests. On top of this, the quality of the food in the restaurant was not up to standard, particularly the breakfast orange juice which tasted like syrup. As the hotel was slightly on the expensive side, these issues were quite disappointing.

The hotel was conveniently located just across the main Havaş airport bus stop, in the central district, making it easy to reach from the airport. the hotel was also located on top of a department store, which was convenient for shopping. the staff were friendly and the room was clean and comfortable.
Sometimes communication with the staff was a bit difficult due to language barriers.

The beds were comfortable and the room was spacious. the hotel facilities were also great, especially the spa where I was able to enjoy a massage. the location of the hotel was also a plus as it was within walking distance to the city center.
The lack of English-speaking staff was a serious problem. the restaurant staff were unable to understand our orders and we had to rely on guesswork for our meals.

the exclusive amenities and private facilities fulfilled all our needs, making us feel pampered and special. the spacious rooms with their comfortable beds and elegant decor were perfect for a relaxing and comfortable stay. the excellent service and great location made our visit even more memorable.
There was one minor issue with the restaurant. While the overall atmosphere was great and the food was delicious, the prices were a bit high.
